1. What will Affordable Cleaning Company do in my home?

Our free in-home estimate allows us to better understand your affordable cleaning needs and expectations. Our service includes, but not limited to, dusting baseboards, pictures, lampshades, knick-knacks, windowsills, furniture, and basic light fixtures, and vacuuming throughout. Cupboard fronts are spot-cleaned, floors are washed, and the kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned. We will do our very best to accommodate all your cleaning needs.

2 .What time will the Affordable Cleaning team be at my home?

We work (7) days a week, but our normal work days are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. While in most cases it is not possible to give a specific time to be at your home, we will make every effort to meet your needs.

3. Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?

In order to give you the cleaning greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up extraneous clothing, toys and other household items.

4. What if something is damaged when my home is cleaned?

We treat your home with the greatest care; however, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning your home, we will make every effort to have the item repaired, or replaced if it cannot be repaired. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate.

5. Am I potentially liable for worker's compensation insurance or taxes?

Many homeowners are not aware of their potential personal liability for work-related injury and social security taxes for independent home-service workers. Don't worry. Affordable Cleaning takes care of this for you.

6. Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?

For your convenience, equipment and normal supplies are provided by Affordable Cleaning. We would be pleased to accommodate you should you wish us to use your own preferred supplies.

7.Do I have to be home when the team comes?

Most of our customers are not. For security, only the Affordable Cleaning professionals who clean your home have access to the keys.

8. What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?

If your scheduled cleaning falls on the observance of a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service.

9. What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?

Just give us a call 48 hours in advance to reschedule! *Any cancellations that are made within 24 hours or less of the scheduled appointment there will be a cancellation fee.

10. What if I am moving out and need special attention to the place I'm leasing?

Affordable Cleaning offers a deep clean for Move outs / Move ins. We understand on a move out the desire and intention is to secure your security deposit back from your landlord. Because we have so much experience in the move out we know what the landlords look for and do our best to meet those standards. Keep in mind we are full service and can handle the cleaning, carpet shampooing, window washing and even small handyman projects.
